These terms and
conditions are applied for the
booking of bus tickets, train tickets and rental car, tour package that
provided by us as a travel agent. By making the payment you accept these
terms and conditions. In these Terms & Conditions, the word
“Customer” means the person who agrees to buy and/or any person on whose
behalf you agree to purchase the package tours, day trips, flights, car
rental and other travel services provided by us.
PRICES
All rates shown on the website for bus tickets and car rental are quoted
in US dollars.
We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of
changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other
suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate
fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are
required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the
booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any
way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the
particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change
prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can
be withdrawn or varied without notice.
DEPOSIT
A payment deposit of 30% to 50% total amount will be requited after the
acknowledgement of your confirmation to secure your booking of bus
tickets, car rental, tour and other services.
FULL PAYMENT
Full payment shall be received no later than 10 days prior to your
departure date, or if the booking is made within 10 days of departure
date or the total value of money is less than $100, full payment must be
made upon the acknowledgement of your confirmation.
CONFIRMATION BY US
An ORDER confirmation email will be sent to customer's provided email
address within 24h after the payment is successful.
We will send you an email for instuction about the Bus Timing, Start
date, Pick up point as close to customer's Start Date.

Our reservation is completed once the ORDER confirmation email is sent to
the email address you provided. You are required to notify us in writing
(via email [email protected])
in case of you do not receive the ORDER confirmation in time, if no
email informing us that you do not receive the confirmation email within
2 days, the service is understood to be completed.
We are not responsible for any delay/loss caused by the wrong email
addresses or wrong Whatsapp Number provided by customers or the
situation that customers do not notify us by email that confirmation is
not received or in case of customer refuses to use booked service.
REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
No refunds or exchanges can be made in respect of services which are
included in the price but not utilized by the customer, such as there
will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements,
sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations. For no-show cases full
amount will be charged.
We do not refund for unconvincing reasons.
Acceptance of booking
We reserve the right to decline your booking without explanation if we
have cause to believe that you might pose a threat to public safety or
security in Vietnam.
We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary or to substitute hotels or
to cancel a tour prior to departure without prior notice or will take no
responsibility for any loss due to group dynamics, weather condition,
governmental or police action, traffic jam or other conditions dictate.
We require you to take out travel insurance and any other necessary
insurances adequate to meet your needs and will assume that you will
have done so before your arrival in Vietnam.
CANCELLATION
Cancellation by customers:
Standard cancellation:
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or
email.
If you book the tour with us via Website and want to
cancel
Within 15 day-30 days before START DATE: We will refund
80% the total price for you
If you cancel one week before the tour:
we can only help you to change the date for your
booking
There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground
arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations. For no-show
cases full amount will be charged.
Cancellation policy for GIT bookings will be advised separately case by
case .
Flight Cancellation/Visa Issues:
Flights booked are governed by the terms and conditions of the airfare
you purchased and are determined by the Airlines
(not We).
In most cases, airfares are fully non-refundable and non-transferable.
Airline charges or part or full cancellation fees may apply to your
particular airfare.
A Travel Consultant will help you wherever possible within these terms
and conditions.
Visa Responsibility: It is the sole
responsibility of the participant to obtain the necessary visa to attend
the event/service. Jasmine Tour will not be held responsible for any
participant's inability to obtain a visa for any reason, including but
not limited to delays in visa processing, visa denials, or any other
visa-related issues.
The Company does not offer refunds or credits for participants who are
unable to attend the event/service due to Flight cancel or Visa issues.
Special Cancellation Conditions: Certain accommodation and tour
products will apply additional cancellation charges. These cancellation
conditions and costs are located under the pricing on the individual
pages and will be clearly advised to you in writing at the time of
booking.
Cancellation by us:
In the unlikely event that such circumstances should arise we will
contact you immediately and offer you the choice of an alternative of
equivalent quality or a full refund of all money paid. No additional
compensation will be paid over and above the total sum received you.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us for any reasons to
your payment of the full price of the holiday.
FORCE MAJEURE
If as a consequence of “Force Majeure” (as defined below), We is obliged
to curtail, alter, extend or cancel the Tour, you shall not be at
liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise for any loss
arising as a consequence of said curtailment, alteration, extension or
cancellation of the Tour.
“Force Majeure” means Acts of God, natural
disasters, adverse weather conditions, fire or other destruction of
any vessel, craft or vehicle to be used in connection with a
holiday, destruction or damage to holiday accommodation, riots, acts
of war, civil commotion, exercise of legislative or government
action, municipal or military or other authority, strikes,
industrial action, requisition of equipment, mechanical breakdown,
shortage of fuel, insolvency or default of any carrier or service
connected with the Tour, fraud perpetrated against US.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTATIONS
All Customers must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary
visas or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentation
is the sole responsibility of the client. Your travel advisor may assist
you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. We
accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of
clients to obtain appropriate documentation.
INSURANCE
Since Bus tickets, train tickets and car rental price are
exclusive of insurance, you are required to obtain your own
full travel insurance. It is your responsibility to read your insurance
policy before you travel and ensure that the insurance scheme provides
you with the requisite level of cover.
LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by
Customers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents,
natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by
Customers.
RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLAIMER
We shall always do its utmost to provide the Services to the best of its
capacity and upon the satisfaction of the customer. We act
only in the role of agent for its travelers in making arrangements
for transportation or other services which are
incidental to the travel that is being purchased. As a broker for those
travelers, we create the following disclaimers: It does not assume any
liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or
delay due to any action of any carrier, hotel, restaurant, business or
person rending someone of those services included in the tour. It also
reserves the right to decline to accept or to retain any person as a
part of their excursion.
CLAIMS
All disputes, claims, and litigation regarding the Services shall first
be settled by way of discussion and mutual understanding. case such
negotiation and agreement might neglect, the disputes, claim, or
litigation shall be finally resolved by the mediation of the Vietnam
International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and
Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be
submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of this Services.
